ToolLines specializes in products from the leading manufacturers in the contractor and industrial supply marketplace.  We work closely with the manufacturers of our products to insure our in depth product and application knowledge so we can help you solve any issues.  Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.  Although our general operating hours are 9 to 5 Eastern, we will make every effort to service your request 24/7.

Freight Policy

If there are no shipping charges in your shopping cart ToolLines.com will pay the freight charges for shipments delivered to a commercial business address in the continental United States.  If an order is placed and residential charges apply, ToolLines.com will hold the order until authorization form you.  Items subject to shipping charges will show the charges in the shopping cart. 

Additional charges will apply for shipments outside the lower 48 states, residential deliveries, deliveries to home based businesses, and or extra services such as, but not limited to; next day service, tailgate lift, notification fees, surcharges, manufacturers minimum order charges or construction site delivery. 

To determine your freight charges if you are not delivering to a commercial address in the continental US please give us a call. 
Most of the products available on ToolLines.com ship direct from the manufacturer, FOB factory, as a result, freight policies vary by manufacturer and minimum order charges may apply.  Please visit our manufacturers pages for details.

ToolLines is organized into a product catalog and website.  The categories on the left will take you directly to the catalog were you can compare prices and product specifications.  ToolLines.com provides additional detailed information on some products as well as information specific to brands and additional categories.  By clicking on the buttons you will be able to drill down for additional information unavailable in the product catalog.  Clicking the buttons will bring you directly to the product category in our catalog where you will be able to find the products for that category. The button brings you directly to that product in our catalog.  You can find up to date pricing information in out catalog.
