The Booster 15 will pump concrete from 2.5 to 20 cubic yards per hour. The pump will work easily with 3/4" concrete with a 5" to 6" slump with a maximum vertical pumping height of 300' with pressures reaching over 1,000 psi. Horizontal pumping distance is limited to the material and what is practical positioning and reach of the pump.
The Booster 15 concrete pump uses two 4" pistons that work with a swing tube with an output to 4" pipe. The 35HP Lombardini (Kohler) diesel motor delivers the power smoothly and efficiently to the hydraulic pumps. Oversized hydraulic pumps make sure that the maximum pumping pressure and flow are delivered. The swing tube (S-valve) is controlled by 2 pistons to quickly and efficiently shift the tube even when operated at a slow pumping speed. Heavy duty wear plates and steel are used throughout the surfaces that come in contact with the concrete for long life and outstanding performance.
The Booster concrete pump comes with 150' of wired remote control, a RF wireless remote is available as an option. The remotes can control the forward/reverse and speed of the pump.
The Booster is equipped with surge brakes and an adjustable ball hitch receiver that can accomadate multiple hitch heights. A flip up wheel is very convenient to move and roll the Booster around on the job or in your shop. The tongue weight of this machine allows it to be moved with one hand. The Booster 15 pump comes complete with wheel chocks and a parking brake.
A shotcreting kit is also available to allow the pump to be used for to spray materials. The kit includes the hoses, rotor/stator additive injector and gun kit. The Booster, when used in conjunction with a rotary screw air compressor is ideal for shotcreting applications. An optional rotor/stator additive injector kit is available for introducing hardener at the gun.
Imer USA is proud to introduce the Booster 15 Concrete and Shotcrete pump. The Booster 15 is powered by a 35 h.p., 4 cyl. liquid cooled high performance diesel engine. All of the drive train components are hydraulic, which lowers maintenance while improving production. The s-valve which moves from cylinder to cylinder is always in position to seal completely, as the Booster 15 has an automatic wear o-ring adjustment system. The hopper design and the feeding paddle system ensure that material flow is 100% at both low and high flow rates. Years of development and testing provide the Booster with the ability to move up to 20 cubic yards of material per hour, day after day, week after week. The Booster 15 can also be equipped with an automatic greasing system, pressure washing system, on-off radio control, and an additive release system for shotcreting. The Booster 15 is also designed to have a very small footprint, making it ideal for tight jobsites such as inside buildings, subways, water treatment plants etc. etc. The compact design does not limit the Booster’s output as it is capable of 1,000 psi and 20 cubic yards of material per hour, making it a reliable partner for countless pumping and spraying applications.
