Axes

A couple words on axes. We mainly carry axes from Hisco, ZAC and Fiskars. We have experienced issues with the adze end of the Pulaski axe from Fiskars. It seems the neck of the adze that attaches to the head of the axe is a little bit thinner and as a result we have had bent and broken axes. ZAC has faithfully replaced all defective axes without issue, however, I would recommend either a Hisco or Fiskars axe. For more on Fiskars axes please visit our Fiskars Axes and Striking Tools Page.
