- Blade Guard
The blade guard is locked into place by three hand-operated knobs to ensure convenient blade replacements without the need for tools.
- Mini Splash Guard
A miniature splash guard is attached at the rear of the blade guard to minimize water spray and prevent water loss.
- Blade Guard Brush
The blade guard is equipped with dual brushes to evenly distribute water spray on both sides of the blade. As a result, water cooling effectiveness is increased and blade life longevity ensured.
- Cutting Table Lock Pin
When transporting the saw, the cutting table can be secured to the rear of the saw with the included lock pin.
- Transportation Loops
Four steel loops located on the corners of the saw provide a convenient anchor point to mechanically lift the saw to a higher platform (e.g. flatbed truck) or, conversely, to lower the saw from a higher platform.
- Powerful 10 HP Motor
The powerful 10 HP 3ph, water-resistant motor utilizes dual T-belts to transfer its abundant torque to the diamond blade to easily cut through even the toughest granite.
- Transportation Wheels
- The saw is equipped with four large wheels to ease the task of transporting the saw over rough job site surfaces. When stationed for operation, brakes on the two forward wheels can be engaged to park the saw.
- Stainless Steel Water Tray
- Stainless steel provides the highest degree of durability among water trays, making it suitable for heavy-duty jobs. The tray can be removed for maintenance by lifting a metal retention tab.
- Cutting Table Feed Handle
- An additional handle attached to the workbench allows the operator to push the cutting material towards the blade while keeping the hand away from the blade to reduce the risk of injuries.
- Cutting Head Handle
- Cutting height adjustments can be accomplished easily with the ergonomically placed handle, which provides excellent leverage for lifting and lowering the cutting head.
- Cutting Table
- The heavy-duty stainless steel cutting table features an integrated ruler for convenient measurements and sturdy ball bearing wheels for smooth operation even when placed under the heaviest of loads.
- Multiple Splash Guards
- Three splash guards trap water spray towards the rear half of the saw to minimize water loss and to help keep the work site clean.
- Thermal Overload Protection
- Automatic thermal overload protection prevents the motor from overheating and protects the saw from power surges.
- Magnetic Power Switch
- Control of the powerful 10 HP motor is located on a single, accessible panel. The black switch controls the dual-stage activation of the motor, while the red magnetic switch activates/deactivates the motor. In case of emergencies, a panic stop button is also provided.
- Adjustable Cutting Height
- Cutting height adjustments can be made easily and effortlessly with the spring counterbalance and lever screw.
