Stand back, the ultimate mixer has come to town and it will consume anything in its path. This unit is by far the biggest, meanest, roughest, toughest mixer in all of North America. If you are a serious mason contractor or a precast manufacturer then explain why you are not using one of these. If you are then you must be very, very bright and successful.
2/3 of a yard of output (more or less depending on material)! Use with 3/8" aggregate. Use under a silo. Feed your crew the mortar that they need. Are you still using 2 mixers to get going in the morning and after break? How much is a bricklayer standing on a scaffold waiting for material costing you? Only inquire about this machine if you are large enough and have the manpower to use this. This mixer is for the mason that doesn't flinch at truckloads of blocks and bricks on a daily basis. The mason’s payroll which weekly is more than most yearly salaries. The mason who needs a calculator to figure the amount of mortar needed for one day. This is for the serious user. Are you one of them?
Hardened steel plate ensures minimal flexing on the paddles, gearbox drive with 13HP Honda (electric start) or 5 HP 220v single or 3 phase motors available. 7 gallon gas tank on the gas unit ensures all day operation. Improved breath-ability on the motor, minimal maintenance, forklift points front and side, lifting hooks, hinged grate with bag breaker and auto shut down, adjustable height complete with lifting jack, extra wide leg stabilizers ensure that your biggest mortar pans will fit between the legs. Control the discharge with an easy to use lever, connect a water supply to its plumbed water discharge hose. Torsion bar suspension and ball hitch adapter make this a breeze to tow. Why don't you own one of these?
The giant of mixers can find it's way into most any application where power, volume and thorough mixing is needed. The Mortarman 750 is recommended by LaFarge Cement's for it's Ductal, a product that is in excess of 30,000 psi. This is common amongst all producers of material that need to get a thorough mixture without entraining air into the mix. Since there is no folding but a stirring action instead, that mission is accomplished! Many others have recommended our mixers since IMER Group, the parent company of IMER USA produces batch plants and the mixers that are used in them. Our technology and experience is carried over to the vertical shaft mixers.
The Mortarman mixers are fractions of the cost compared to the dedicated batch plant mixers. Although we designed the MBP to be a high production mortar mixer, it was overkill and was adopted by the specialty market as a high end specialty mixer. Most users of our vertical shaft mixers get many years of production with very little maintenance. Our mixers work very well with refractory cements which are very heavy by volume and require very little water. Most mixers would stall or overheat but the 750 can get through those difficult moments right before the plastesizers kick in. If you are in the specialty cements business then you need this mixer. Just try to find a better option. Please let us know if you succeed.
