| Henchman Series Mortar MixersThese mixers are of the the 2 bag and 4 bag variety. These units are made with hybrid steel paddles with the option of installing rubber blades. We say hybrid since the paddles are not exactly spiral and not like the conventional type. These paddles will handle up to 3/8" aggregate with ease. All models come complete with torsion bar suspension and Honda motors. The 4 bag hydraulic unit is neatly plumbed with the hoses and power pack fitting like a glove. The drum is off center so as to lift and dump all with the push of a lever. This unit is the king of kings. Their is no better mixer to handle day in and day out mortar and plaster mixing. These units are just too nice not to stop and stare. Don't feel bad, you're human.

Henchman HSM Features
A centrifugal clutch transfers power to the paddles. Allowing the operator to stop paddle rotation by idling down. Our oil bath gearbox drive to the paddle shaft is reliable, safe, and very powerful. The competitors mixers have exposed gears, idler springs, jackshafts, and pulleys. The gearbox transfers the torque to the paddles for a very aggressive but thorough mix.
The HSM 2 features a heavy duty self-locking geared dump wheel
The HSM 4's intercooled hydraulic drive and dump system prevents the fluid from heating up under pressure. The drum is offset for a lower loading height while maintaining the perfect dumping height. A blow by valve is used in place of shear pins making the HSM 4 more reliable with less downtime. Henchman 4 has an optional leg kit - perfect for silo applications and large jobs where the mixer will stay for a while.
