The pump is sold separately from the application kits as the kit chosen depends upon the work needed to be performed.
 Oil-less, maintenance free and continuous duty. | The compressor must be purchased if you want to both pump and spray material. The compressor is expensive because it is an all aluminum, twin diaphragm low pressure, high volume continuous duty 110 volt unit. It is light, strong, and reliable. This compressor is also set-up and calibrated to operate as per the instructions of the Mighty Small 50 computer. It is maintenance free as it can operate without an oil reservoir.  The vibrating screen is used where loose sand, which may contain foreign matter, is added to cements. | The vibrating screen prevents materials from clumping up when they are poured into the hopper. This pistol style tuck pointing gun connects electronically to the Small 50 Pump and stops and starts as you release or close the pistol lever. Tuck point quickly with control and speed.

Standard Green Stator/Rotor – Standard stator/rotor is good for up to 3.5 gallons a minute and 300 psi.
Accessory Yellow Stator/Rotor – Accessory stator/rotor is good for up to 1.5 gallons a minute and 400 psi, use when slower flow or higher pressure is needed.
To apply materials whether just pumping, or spraying and pumping, you must have an application kit. This kit will include the hoses, the application gun, and various pattern caps and nozzles for the end of the application gun.

The IMER USA Small 50 pump and Mortarman 120 can mix, pump and spray Thoroseal with ease. Many times faster than traditional methods, application with a brush.
